Chris Rohter is a revenue leader and operator who has spent more than two decades building and scaling go-to-market engines across high-growth technology companies.

He has led marketing, partnerships, product-led growth, and full revenue organizations in both venture-backed startups and global enterprises, with a consistent focus on one outcome: driving predictable, repeatable growth.

Chris founded Monday Morning to help companies solve the challenges that stall momentum, including:

He has held leadership roles at companies including Pliant.io, SevOne, now part of IBM, Alignable, Akamai, AppNeta, and RSA. Most recently, as Chief Revenue Officer at Alignable, he led a full transformation of the company’s revenue organization.

Today, Chris works with companies operating in a new era of go-to-market, where AI, data, and execution speed are redefining how businesses build pipeline, convert customers, and scale.
